Pikes Peak Challenge

Pikes Peak Challenge

The Pikes Peak Challenge is a unique fundraising event held annually in September that encourages registered participants to experience the excitement and success of hiking to the summit of Pikes Peak. Survivors of brain injury, family members and community supporters start their ascent up this magnificent 14,110-foot mountain at the base of Barr Trail In Manitou Springs, Colorado. Hikers crest the summit after 13 miles and 7400 vertical feet to the cheers of spectators and supporters.

This major fundraising event funds programs and services through the Brain Injury Association of Colorado and Memorial Health System's Think First for Kids Head & Spinal Cord Injury Prevention Program. All donations are tax deductible and donor's names and addresses remain confidential.

Once you register for the Challenge you will receive by mail a Hiker's Information Packet with additional details, directions, Hiker's Manual, lodging and fundraising information.
